POPIA Notice
This notice explains how Corpmerch (PTY) Ltd processes personal information in terms of the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA). It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.
Responsible party. Corpmerch (PTY) Ltd, registration number [REG NO], No 7 Klipkraal ave Loulardia Centurion Gauteng 0157.
Information Officer. Our designated Information Officer is Mayke du Preez, who is responsible for our compliance with POPIA and for handling requests and complaints relating to your personal information. You can reach the Information Officer at support@corpmerch.co.za.
How we process your information. We collect and process personal information lawfully and only for the purposes set out in our Privacy Policy — chiefly to process and deliver your orders, provide support, meet legal obligations, and (with your consent) send marketing. We take reasonable steps to keep it accurate, secure, and no longer than necessary.
Your rights under POPIA. You have the right to be told what personal information we hold about you, to request access to it, to ask us to correct or delete information that is inaccurate or no longer needed, to object to processing in certain circumstances, and to withdraw consent to marketing at any time.
Making a request. To exercise any of these rights, email our Information Officer at support@corpmerch.co.za. We will respond within a reasonable time and in line with POPIA.
Lodging a complaint with the Regulator. If you believe we have not handled your personal information lawfully, you may lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator. A complaint is submitted on the prescribed POPIA/PAIA Form 5.
