How do I order? Browse the catalogue, choose your product and options, and check out. For branded orders, you can request your logo be added — we send a proof before production.

How long does delivery take? Orders are processed within 1-2 Business days and delivered within 2-4 Business days after dispatch via The Courier Guy. See our Shipping Policy for detail.

How much is delivery? It is calculated at checkout and shown before you pay. Orders over 1000 ship free.

Can I return something? Yes — unbranded items within 14 days, subject to our Returns & Refund Policy. Refunds are processed within 5-10 Working days.

How does branding work? Pick a product, choose a branding position, and upload your artwork. We send a proof to approve before we produce. Branding is quoted separately from the product price.
